File search, download and delete
We are uploading documents to CSUITE for ease of access but we need to follow our record retention policy and need an easy way to sort files, download multiple files, and delete in bulk. It would be great if we had the option to do all those functions based on file categories and dates.

There is already an option built to bulk delete files. A user must have the Bulk Delete permission set in Files. In Files, filter by created Ts date and/or File Cat Name. There is then an option to bulk delete on the left side menu. Here is the link to the support hub article.

The records retention policy is very clear as to what we should and should not keep as well as the timeframe for deleting such records.
