Fund Public name to be used in the Fund Advisor Portal
Currently in the new fund advisor & donor portals, the Fund Name is displayed on the Donation Summary Chart. This should be the Public Name as we use internal references on the Fund Name.

- Portal - Fund Advisor: Updated the Grant Request and Grant History to display Fund Public Name (Fund Name if Fund Public Name is null) for internal grants instead of the foundation name. This will align with the other tabs using the fund name instead of the foundation name.
