Continue "Login As (Legacy)" on the new portal
As donor services, I work often with our DAF individuals who struggle using the portal. It is so important that we can "login as" them so we can talk them through creating a grant or how to add a gift to their DAF. I have donors tell me what they're seeing on their screen and ask me if they did their grant right. I can't see it unless I go to the List Cart in Fund Advisors and there, if they add any information in the Special Instructions, that information isn't on List Cart. And I can only see their grant if they have added the grant to their cart but not completed the grant. Please enable the LogIn As feature in the new portal!

To login as a fund advisor in the new portal, you must go to the login as tab on the main profile. There is a login as option in the left menu from that tab. Because of a change to profiles and enhanced security, this will log you out of CSuite as a User. You can login as in an incognito window, that will not log you out.

Thank you Julie, I did vote on your idea too, we're experiencing the same issues.
ANOTHER we're experiencing is in the List Cart, when I inform donors that they have left a grant in their "cart," they often ask if I can just push that grant through for them so they don't have to log back in. Is there a way to do that without logging in as them?
