Hide Fund Advisor Summary
Add configuration option to hide the Fund Advisor Summary table or make the table mobile responsive to improve end user experience--many advisors manage their funds on mobile devices and the current interface is not usable in this capacity.

- Show History is an option to show or not show on the fund record. Portal - Fund Advisor: Updated the Show History report to display grants and then contributions charts and graphs. Updated Recent Contributions and Recent Grants to show grants and then contributions. These changes improve the organization and flexibility of the portal, giving users more control over what is displayed and how it is presented.
