Hide Amounts as an option in Bulk Edit Funds
Add Hide Amounts as a global-checkbox option in the Bulk Edit Funds area. Hide Memorial Amounts is a Bulk Edit Funds option - Hide Amounts should also be.

I came here just to post this very same thing. HIDDEN should be the DEFAULT. If you are following the Donors Bill of Rights and you do not disclose donation amounts, why would your software system have the default be to show all amounts? Be conservative and make the "show amounts" a required action for the limited number of funds that truly require it.
