Support requests
When you submit a support request ticket, you receive an email reply with the ticket number, but it would be very helpful if a copy of the request or a brief description of the request was included in this email. If you have submitted more than one support ticket, it is hard to tell what number goes to what request.

I just spoke with the Support team and they are going look into adding instructions to login and checking tickets.
