  1. Having the ability to update the employee name would be great. Right now, everything defaults to "Last Name, First Name." Right now when I send system generated emails, they get signed like this;

    Would love to change that so other employees that send system generated emails are not in the same boat.

  2. When a grantee updates their contact information in GLM, it would be nice if that information would sync over to CS either automatically or into a queue to be accepted or ignored. That way both systems are showing the same information and grantees/students can update their information in a way that reflects across all systems.

  3. We have a lot of profiles that we mail for different reasons and therefore send to different address types (home vs. business). It would be useful to have a space to include the individuals title and organization name in the address block for business addresses. Right now we are de-duping and doing a lot of external clean up (in excel) to remove the title and organization name from individuals using a home address.

  4. When linking a parent organization to a child organization, there is not enough information displayed to distinguish the children from one another. For example BANK (Parent Organization) has two Children, Bank and Bank, you have to click on the children to see that Bank is John Smith and the second Bank is Jane Doe. Can there be another column displayed with the "Primary Contact" name.

  5. If I am linking a profile to a household, the merge suggestion in the Engagement tab should automatically be marked as reviewed or however it needs to happen on the backend so that it stops suggesting to merge the household that was just connected to the individual or vise versa.

  6. We have profiles with a Primary address and a different Mailing address. When creating a report we are not able to have Mailing Address as a field, only whether or not there is a mailing address. Could the Mailing Address be a radial button like the Pay and Primary addresses are? This may also help with Campaigns . . . If a profile has a Mailing Address, that is the address used. If not, the Primary Address is used. Currently we get labels for both Primary and Mailing Address and one needs to be removed. Thank you.

  7. I would like to be able to create different types of mail labels and salutations (i.e. a formal, informal, board member, Professional Advisor). We use formal mail labels and salutations when notifying a non-profit of whom they can thank for the grant. But when we are sending mail to a fund advisor we use an informal label and salutation.

  8. Within Profile Types, there is an option to Export Names, Export Emails, and Export Phones. It would be helpful to have the option to also Export Mailing Addresses. This would include the mailing label, salutation, and the full mailing address. This is a common report for us. Having this option in the Profile Type section would be convenient.

  10. Key performance indicators are difficult to track and manage within CSuite. It would be nice to have it's own tab with some preset fields (most commonly reported fields) and custom fields that we can set our own reporting dates/times/notes etc...
    We are currently using opportunities and then reporting separately for Grant and donation information. Ideally, this tab could have options to show/view total yearly/quartely donation amounts, grant amounts. There's many other items we report on but always have to go to a few different places to see/view what we need to report on.

  11. The profile "created date" is one of the most important filters - please add so we don't have to use a custom report. This will help us spot dupes quicker!

  12. Hello, the new profiles are great! would it be possible for the tabs to indicate if there is information on the tab? For instance by color or bold lettering. Then you would not have to open every to know if there was data. This would be so helpful.

  13. Under Profile, in the ACH Settings when entering the routing number, would like for CS to be able to verify if its a valid or invalid number when configuring the account information. Currently, a NACHA file is run with the account information that is configured and then uploaded to the bank where then you will find out if the routing is valid or not. Would be nice to find this out on the front end of the process rather than the end of the process.

  15. Fund Advisors are literally users with unique access and it would be valuable for Foundant users to always consider them this way. I know some will disagree, but adding User as a designation made things more simple. Categorizing a User as a Fund Advisor - if coded efficiently and for effectiveness - could make things more simple as well.

  16. It would be very helpful and much less clicks if there was an ability from the "link fund" or "link profile" screen on the profile if you could link that certain profile more than once to a fund or other profiles before creating. Like at this screen attached if there were multiple boxes if you wanted to link the profile to another fund, same fund, etc. instead of going back to the profile screen and clicking link again.
    Or at least be able to link to one fund at a time but have multiple fund categories to one fund per…

  17. When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

  18. When a household is marked "do not mail" offer the option to apply to other members of the household as well. Similar to how the system asks if you want to change other profiles when you make an address, phone or email change.

  19. I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  20. Add a date field option to Profile Types. We are adding CAP program and have classes and to track classes, a date field would be a great add. Otherwise we would create a profile type for each year to track classes.
