  1. Currently when filtering on a field to to exclude something, it is also removing all fields that are null as well. For example on a donation report, when I put the filter on the field Donation Type ID so it is NOT "In-Kind", one of our options, then it will remove all "In-Kind" donations from my report as well as all donations without a Donation Type ID, which is every Stripe donation.

  2. I'd like to create a report that will link the Internal Donations to their corresponding Internal Grant record. Ideally pulling based off the hyperlinked ID, but at a minimum pulling the destination/donating fund.

  3. I have a custom donation report in order to bulk post donations for our giving day. I change the donor each time. When I do Bulk Actions to post the donations, it takes me to a donations posting list rather than back to the report each time. Then I have to go find the report again. Please change it so it goes back to the report each time. It worked that way last year.

  4. It would be extremely helpful to us, as we continue to clean up our data after implementation, to be able to create reports, and group profiles, by Uploading Legacy Profile Code IDs. We're still grabbing data from our previous system, and those records do not have any connection to their counterpart Profile Id in CSuite.

  5. When an interfund grant is processed the donation side of the transaction lists the name without the corresponding fund number when reporting. It would be helpful if the full name including the fund number displayed on reports.

  6. Please add an option to be able to delete more than one report at a time. I'm searching for reports I've created by date last run (in this case 2022) and after I search, select a report to delete, then confirm delete, the screen goes back to all custom reports and I have to research and do the whole process again to delete another report. Add an option in the Bulk to also be able to delete reports.

  7. When building a custom report, it would be very useful to be able to report on fields from multiple objects at once. Systems I have used with this capability approached it by starting with a primary object selection (donations for example) and then once you add the unique field for another object (profile id of the donor for example), your list of fields would expand to show all of the fields associated with that new object. Event just the ability to expand into 2 objects would solve a lot of cases where we currently need to pull multiple reports into…

  8. "Grant Letter Template" name as grant report field:

    It would be very helpful to be able to add the grant letter template name as a field to CSuite grant reports.

    This field would allow us to do a quick check of all the recent grants to ensure the right template was applied before printing our grant letters.

  9. Comprehensive Money in Daily Report --- why is there no Money In Report which will capture Donations AND Profile Payments/Event tickets which can be filtered/run per day? Currently these buckets of money in live in separate sections in CSuite and we have to pull two different reports.

  12. We utilize a custom field to filter our expenses and vouchers by department. However, when creating reports or pulling a standard report from the system, this custom field is not included as a filtering option. It would be helpful to include custom fields in all reports that the system generates and not require additional steps to get the report to filter appropriately.

    At this time we do not plan on adding filters to default reports. Custom Fields are available in filters in custom reports and the list area of objects.

  13. I love the new Nickname field! We had a custom field that we were using for Nickname, but today I exported our custom field nicknames, then imported them into the new Nickname field and then removed them from the custom field and deleted the outdated custom field. In doing all that, I noticed that in Reporting when you select fields or filters that the field is labeled "Nick Name". Would it be possible to get it to match the Profile field label which is "Nickname"? Thanks!

  14. Would love for Profile ID to be be added as a Field on the Profile Type report. When working to maintain the data integrity, particularly within Profile Types, it's incredibly difficult and time consuming to do when you cannot easily get a count of profiles that are associated with each Profile Type. By adding Profile ID, I'd at the very least be able to export all to Excel and create a pivot table.

    Profile Type can be added as a column to a profile report OR from profile types in the profile left menu, select the profile type id, then list profiles.

  15. In Reports - Change "Label" field to "Mailing Label" to make it consistent with how it appears on the profile. "Label" is confusing and hard to find... like most fields in Reports :P

  16. The "Grant Request Advisor Name" field only exists on the grant request record and in the Grant Request custom report. We would like to see this field available in other reports such as the Grant Report or Grant Status custom report so that we can pull that into grant reports. Is that a possibility?

  17. Would love the ability to assign edit rights to multiple people in reporting. For example, one person on a team may create the report, but the report is intended to belong to the team. It would be great to be able to assign other members of that team to edit those reports, rather than having to save a duplicate as their own.

I know there was already an idea submission about marking custom reports as a "favorite" and it was marked as implemented when the categories were added, but as one poster noted, the categories don't solve this request. Categories are company-wide and favorites are specific to the user. I cannot use a category to mark my favorites. Please consider re-opening this issue.

  19. I am wondering if CSuite could make it possible to add an Org profile to a household. This would be extremely helpful for donor roll-up reporting. We have many donors who hold DAFs outside of the foundation. When necessary, we create an Org profile for these DAFs. Over time, our donors may give from different entities (as an individual, as a household, and/or from their external DAF). For internal reporting, it would amazing if we could add the external DAF to the household so that in a roll-up report we get a summary of donations from all entities.

  20. Currently, if you want to create a custom report only showing certain GL accounts, when you filter a bunch of accounts, it lists all of them at the top of the report in the filter section and when you export the report. It would be nice to be able to hide that field so when looking at the report or exporting it looks clean. The goal is to use some of this reporting for managers, but listing 20 accounts that are being filtered makes the report look messy.
