  1. To complete online registration, the registrar needs to provide their details, including credit card information, and optional the guest's name; the guest must be included to enable RSVP confirmation and appear on the guest list.
    If the registrar represents an organization, the RSVP status won't be displayed in the profile. Is it feasible to incorporate a registration column for this purpose? Please note, that activating RSVP to yes will treat the organization as an additional guest, impacting the total RSVP count.

  2. When creating campaigns to sell tickets for our affiliate partners' events, the ticket sales can go directly into their funds, rather than dealing with third party payment processors. However, they do not have access to their ticket sales info, which they need to coordinate the planning of their event. They also need an up-to-date guest list to be generated shortly before the event starts. This is a major strain for weekend activities when the foundation is not staffed to manually monitor and send ticket sales reports.

  4. We desperately need an option to remove Work Organization and Title from mailing addresses created from a campaign!

    Currently there is no option to remove these fields, which is frustrating because we like to utilize them internally but people's titles and working organizations change frequently.

    Also, can we export the mailing labels as a docx?

  6. We would like to be able to set the required information for someone to register for an event. Sometimes we have donor events where the individual/household should register, other times we have grantee events where we would like the organization to be required and the guests should be the individuals actually attending. We are running into the problem with the individual "tab" being first is that organizations are registering as individuals rather than the organizations and we are having to manually fix each ticket.   7. Currently when you are on the Campaigns main page, you have to either search for the campaign or click on "list" on the left hand side to select the campaign you want to look at. I wish this page had the campaigns already listed so you could select right there and not have to go to another page. It would be a lot easier and a lot less clicks to get to where you want to go.

  8. Currently, pledges can be linked to campaigns, but the linking does not carry through to the general ledger posting resulting in campaign revenues being understated on the campaign income statement.
    Add the event id to the pledge journal entry to complete the “link” to the campaign.

  9. Three thoughts on potential future functionality for campaign ticket guests:

    1). Implement a system for matching guest names to profiles (or creating new profiles automatically, a la Stripe payments) that lines up with the existing profile DEDUPE functionality. This could tie in with/be more robust if item 2 is considered:

    2). Allow customization of the fields that purchasers fill out concerning their guests (for example, adding emails, phone numbers, etc.)

    3). Implement a batch functionality for converting ticket guests to profiles (right now, it must be done on a one-by-one basis)

  10. RSVP Option for Households instead of guests
    We need an RSVP for a household where we can add the household members without going through the add a guest function. We are only using this campaign event to make sure each profile shows who attended.

We will often build campaigns by adding/removing profiles based on the same parameters used in an earlier campaign, though the profiles themselves differ based on data updates: e.g. invitations to our annual reception, generating the e-newsletter mailing list. There are usually several steps required to correctly add profiles to these campaigns; we have been writing them down and recording them as notes attached to the campaigns (e.g. "filter profiles by profile type id=xyz and add as household; then filter donations by last donation date<xyz and remove from campaign," etc.) It would be wonderful if CSuite could record these steps for…

  12. Our foundation manages certain donor-initiated events and fundraisers where the ticket buyers are not great at adding the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests after they check out. Please make it it possible to update the RSVP list in bulk or make the Profile Campaign Ticket Guests mandatory to be filled out before check out. This would be such a time saver.

  13. It would great if for ticketed events we had the option to require guest information or not. We often see individuals buy tickets but skip the part about adding their guests information. It becomes quite difficult the day of the event to know who is coming with that guest, especially if they do not arrive to the event at the same time and haven't been instructed by the ticket purchaser to mention they are they guest of so and so.

  14. Add date filters to the Campaign Income Statements, that allows for information to be pulled for specific date ranges - i.e: to be able to view the IS for a specific period or month rather than the current YTD.

    This ability will assist with audit preparation as some events cross fiscal years

  15. We have an annual Gala fundraiser event set up as a campaign in C-Suite. The Gala has some tickets for sponsorships, some are tables, some are tickets and some are donation items or underwriting options.

    For only one of those conditions is the best term "Ticket(s)" in the user's Cart Summary page.

    I'd like to be able to provide a noun for use in the cart (in the edit-ticket form), so that respectively above someone could have one sponsorship, two tables, four tickets and one underwritten expense shown in their Cart Summary page as they check out.

  16. Currently event ticket sales is the only place to post an item to sell where the proceeds will benefit the fund. This is confusing for some folks how it appears to the buyers. We are selling a book where the proceeds will benefit one our funds. In the future there could be campaigns selling a t-shirt or other items with all proceeds benefitting the fund.

  18. Would love to allow people sign up to our Newsletter Campaign from our website.

    Currently I've set up a separate event campaign that I will be linking to from our website to but it looks a bit weird as the form is meant for a "ticket" and it will require us to transfer profiles from one campaign to another.

  20. When adding an Auction to a Campaign, you are currently only able to enter one account # (I add Auction Non-Deductible). Due to this the donation portion does not go to the correct fund. I have to manually go in and override each donation portion from contribution to Auction Deductible.
