Fundraiser Campaign Enhancements
Love the fundraiser campaign functionality but would like to see some additional options/updates to further customize the donation page and receipts that it creates including:
- Option to hide tribute fields on donation form (or have it be inherited from the fund which it is associated with)
- Option to customize giving levels son donation form (or have it be inherited from the fund which it is associated with)
- On the receipts generated from donations that come in via fundraiser campaign can the word "fundraisers" be removed from the start of the description merge field?1 vote -
Guest list by ticket name
A way to pull a list of guests that either separates or at least indicates which ticket they bought and is an exportable list with email addresses. Different ticket holders need different information sent to them.

Import Template for Add Ticket
I would like an import csv for creating campaign tickets as an alternative to the "Add Ticket" method. This would help greatly in reducing the time in takes to create multiple tickets and ensuring that the tickets have uniform/correct settings without clicking back into each ticket.
Fields would include Name, Seats, Price, Value, Available, Private, Description, Donation Account, Non-Donation Account, Sort Order, Sponsorship Type, Receipt Template, etc.

Create "Convert to Household" button in campaigns!
Please create a "convert to household" button in campaign to easily convert individual profiles to household profiles (with household members) added as guest. Sometimes individual profiles are pulled in from a profile type and there's not option to bring in the household. It would be great to just scroll down the list of profiles in the campaign, see who is in a household, and add the household (with household members as guest) with just one click! (We have a workaround for this now, but it's time consuming!!)

Allow Event Campaign Requests to be Conditional on a Per Ticket Basis
Currently, Event Campaign Requests display for all tickets within an event. There is no way to limit a Request to only specific tickets.
We would like the ability to make Requests conditional based on the ticket purchased.
For example:
Dinner tickets may require a meal selection, but a general admit does not.Right now, all Requests appear for every ticket, which can cause confusion, unnecessary data entry, and post-event cleanup.
Suggested Enhancement:
Allow administrators to select which tickets a Request should apply to (multi-select or similar control). This would improve donor experience and event data accuracy, especially for events with…

marketing campaign having undelivered or returned option
It would be nice to be able to mark when a mailing has been returned to sender in a marketing campaign. Keeping track of returned or undelivered mail is important to know who actually received the mailing and who did not. We currently have to list all mailings as events, so we can mark 'RSVP: no' for returned mail. This is not ideal in properly organizing our communications. The undelivered option would also be nice to apply to email addresses that reject a digital mailing, as this does happen at times as well when someone's inbox is full, etc.

Online silent auction
An option for an online silent auction including a way to add photos of the item and logos of donating business. Include a payment link for the winners.
Basically, the same function as a site like Givergy but all built in to this system.13 votes -
Voucher Template
It would be nice if Foundant can add CAMPAIGN and EVENT as optional fields to the existing voucher template. When there are hundreds of credit card transactions, it is very time-consuming and tedious to sort/enter CAMPAIGN and EVENT only after the transactions are loaded in CSuite. Thank you.

QR Code Use Analytics
It would be helpful to have analytical data and reporting to understand if/how/how frequently QR Codes are used when I generate a QR code for the ticket URL.
This will help me analyze the effectiveness of QR codes for individual events and in aggregate to compare effectiveness by the type of event, donor, or other criteria.

primary contact for campaign reports
Good afternoon,
An example of this idea is how the "household" and "guests " are represented/reflected when we add profiles into campaigns. Could we have the "organization" and the "primary contact (just like we have 'guests') listed? It would look like this: "ORG Name" and below "primary contact" info. The org's email and the primary contact email would be included.4 votes -
Proposed Feature: Donation Gifts & Gift Notes
We would like to add functionality that allows fundraising campaigns to offer tiered “thank-you gifts” based on donation amounts. Donors could select from available gift options when they contribute, and the system would automatically track eligibility by donation level.
Additionally, we want to include the capability for donors to send personalized notes or “gift notes” to recipients. This option would allow donors to dedicate their gift, include a special message, or notify someone that a donation has been made in their honor.
Key Capabilities Requested:
Ability to assign specific gifts to predetermined donation tiers
Automatic display of eligible gifts during…

Campaigns for programming sign-up
We use campaigns for programming event sign-up and always struggle with a few things that cause confusion with our attendees. For program, each person needs to complete their own registration. Here are some things that would improve the experience.
- Can the button that says “ADD TICKETS” be customized?
- Is it possible to limit the number of “tickets” a person can register?
- Is it possible to make the registrant’s address required?
- If it is possible to limit the registration to 1, can the guest information be added automatically, or that screen be eliminated completely?
- Can we skip the screen that comes…

campaign
I really appreciate the ability to customize campaigns with full HTML functionality. It has made our event pages look polished and visually engaging.
That said, I’ve run into an issue with the Location field. Since this field is required to appear on ticket receipts, it would be much more intuitive for it to display at the top of the campaign page alongside the date and time. Currently, it appears at the very bottom of the page, where it’s easy to miss and not particularly useful for attendees.
If I include the location only in the description, where it can be…

"Invoice Me" Option for Ticket Purchasers
We've come across some businesses that require an invoice prior to the purchase of a sponsorship style ticket. Currently, the only way to do this is to have the purchaser call our office, and then we can purchase the ticket for them with the "create receivable" option.
It would be great to see an option available for purchasers to do this themselves when they navigate to an event to purchase a ticket or sponsorship ticket.

Fundraising Campaign - Giving Levels
We need to modify giving levels for a fundraising campaign. As is right now, fundraising campaigns follow the system wide giving hub giving levels. Even if we set specific giving levels on the fund tied to the fundraising campaign, the levels shown on the campaign still default to the default giving hub levels, not the fund.

API for Constant Contact
We recently switched from MailChimp to Constant Contact as it offers more options and we believe it is a better platform. Would appreciate it if you would revisit adding Constant Contact as an option for the Campaign API kep.

Archiving Campaigns
I wish archiving campaigns was easier than the multiple steps that it is now. If it could be a toggle on the main page, it would be less time consuming.

Separate Internal Description for Campaign
It would be helpful to have a separate description for a campaign for internal users so that campaign names can have the year in front of them for organization purposes. We wouldn't necessarily want the date to be seen externally if someone is buying a ticket.
