An error occurred while saving the comment Chuck commentedAs long as there is security for self adds (so people can't add themselves without an access code or some kind of authorization), self-adding would save time for us.

For renewal applicants, the path to submitting a new application should be more clear. Currently, for a restricted process, they have to click Apply, enter the Access Code, click Applied, then Apply Again. It's not intuitive to apply via clicking Applied. Please consider adding Apply Again to the Applied button (Applied/Apply Again).
