After review by our engineering team, we are moving this back to proposed. The school name populates if using Post by Payment. The reason it does not without that option is that the scholarship populates the fund statement on the post date, and the school is assigned on the payment lines, which could be later than the post date.

The field that is currently labeled "Payment Date" should be Voucher Date and the Field labeled "Check Date" should be relabeled as "Payment Date"
Check doesn't make sense when payments are done electronically.

If implemented this would need to be done in a way that 1. donors were not inadvertently pulling up the wrong profile (lots of John Smiths out there) and 2. donor information and anonymity were protected.
