Please include 'Process Name' as one of the automatic columns in the Follow-Ups buckets.

This would be so helpful. All of our follow-ups share the same form name. Having the process visible in the submitted view would make is much easier to determine which follow ups belong to each user (per their assigned programs). As an administrator, I oversee all programs to ensure the processes are being completed, however, I cannot determine who needs to work on their clean up without clicking in to each individual form.

Amy and Deirdre have brought up two very wonderful ideas that would be immensely helpful in monitoring evaluators and their progress. As a program that has over 250 evaluators who participate in a variety of ways, having a dashboard in which we can review what is outstanding, etc. would be massively beneficial.
