   One of the reasons we don't currently give fund holders access to the donor portal is privacy.

   Yes please - I just lost a day of my life trying to figure out all these little changes so I could explain them to our auditors. Sometimes a donor will make a donation to establish a fund but we haven't worked out the details of what kind of fund etc. and changes that aren't date specific are harder to find and explain.

    This would also help when a more junior staff person prepares the grant application but has to get it signed off by a manager. Right now, this means individuals have to share their log-in details and password so they can both work on an application - not best practice.
