  1. We have a budget form with a table for Revenue and a table for Expenses. It would be great to be able to calculate the net (revenue minus expenses) without the applicant having to do math or cut-paste totals from the separate tables into a third table or field.

  2. When we set up forms, the questions alternate between the required types (required, optional, read only) and visibility (internal, everyone, etc.). It would be helpful if the questions required type was visible at-a-glance similarly to the visibility so that we didn't have to click on the actual question and open it, just to see if its a read-only or optional.

  3. Limits on Project Request Field

    Please allow us to enter regular expressions for the project request field or impose limits in any way. Currently, we use this field for scholarship applications as Initials and Last 4 Digits in an attempt to reduce as much bias during evaluation season. However, despite an 8 character limit, students will forgo their initials, etc. It would be great to have a unified type of answer.

    Example: IAS 4777 or IS 4777
    Regular Expression provided by Foundant Support would solve this - ^([a-zA-Z]{2,3})((\s)([0-9]{4}))?$

  4. I love the addition of tables and the summary row but I also would like to see a summary column so we can have totals automated on both ends of the table.

  5. It would be great if the admin could set both a minimum and maximum character count for such questions as "Integer." For example, if we require a 7-digit number, we can set the maximum to 7 characters, but we don't have a way to set the minimum character count to 7 as well, which can contribute to mistakes with ID submission.

  6. It would be helpful to prepopulate answers in decision forms in the process manager, similar to how you can prepopulate follow up dates. That would allow for much easier approval and denial; it may even allow for batching.

    Example: There may be a generic 2022 Approval Form that I could use across several processes. But in the process manager for a specific process, I could indicate the Board date, the program officer, the grant type, and any other filed on the form that is the same across all awards/denials for that opportunity.   8. We input scholarship fund information as instruction questions on our UA application form. We would like to be able to share these to our evaluation forms so that the applicants and the evaluators both have the fund information with staff only needing to update the fund information in one place (currently we have to update in both the application and on the evaluation forms).

  11. I would love to see every question have the option (or not) to be in print packets. We have a few explanatory sections that no one (applicant, staff, evaluators) needs to see when reviewing.

  12. I have some very involved branching logic. When I'm trying to troubleshoot/debug the logic, it would be helpful if I could collapse rule groups that I don't need to work on. I'd like it to behave like Outlining in Microsoft Word - where I can expand and collapse to different levels overall, or expand/collapse individual rule groups. It would allow me to "declutter" what I'm looking and more easily find my way through the maze of rules.
