Evaluations
Our grant committee has multiple times requested the ability for evaluators to have a "white board" type space in the evaluation process that they each can communicate with each other and ask raise questions about the grantee being reviewed so that all evaluators viewing that grantee could see what questions/clarifications are needed for that particular grantee. Right now, they communicate through me as the program manager and cannot communicate with each other through the software.

Resizing tables in Evaluator side-by-side view
One of my Grant evaluators brought to my attention that our tables are skewing very oddly when viewed as an evaluator in side by side mode. I've attached the screenshot they sent for reference.
It would be great if the table could either scale in size, maintaining the correct ratio, or become a slider box, with a left to right scroll in order to see the whole thing in the correct ratio. Currently it is difficult to read the answers in the table, let alone a long response.
While the two panes of the application/evaluation can be resized, this is…

initial submission date for the LOI Evaluation/Closed buckets
This idea was submitted before by someone else and archived, bringing it back because this would be very useful for our processes. We tell our applicants that they should expect a response within 6 months, so knowing when that 6 month window is closing would be very useful.

Calculating Evaluator Score Column from Decimal Questions
Our SLM evaluators would like to see the Score column populated with the total from the scoring they complete with the decimal question. Our committees prefer having the ability to score using .25, .5, and .75 on our 1-10 scoring scale, so that is why we do not use the provided Score question type on our evaluation forms. Is there any way we could have that column give the option to total that other question type? Our committee members would like to see how their scores compare across the applicants during their review. Thanks!

Add the possibility to preview PDF or Excel files uploaded by clients (to avoid having to dowload all files)
Currently in single/multiple file upload fields: it is only possible to dowload the files that have been uploaded. The idea would be to have the possibility to only view/preview the file without downloading it.

Evaluators able to view follow-ups
Would like to be able to have evaluators review/access last year's follow-up reports for a process. Right now we download them all and put them in a drobox for review.

Audit Foundant User hours based on assigned roles
I would like to see a feature where the amount of time spent on on evaluating grant applications can be audited/collected. This would help us measure the amount of time spent reviewing grant applications. It would be super cool if it could be filtered per person (grant evaluator) and per process. Going deeper, even if as an administrator, I could see the total amount of time spent in Foundant would be wonderful.

Scoring Questions - Optional or Weighted
I was wondering if anyone would find value in the ability to weight evaluation questions. We are exploring the idea of funding general operating requests and project-based requests, all from one process. If we were able to weight questions or make some scoring questions optional, this would prevent and help us with our evaluation of LOIs and Applications.

We would like to
We currently have 3 administrators. The first administrator views each submitted application and then moves it to the complete status for the next 2 administrators to complete their reviews. We would like to see if an auto generated email could be set up to alert the other administrators when that application has been moved into the complete bucket.

Group Evaluators
There should be a way to evenly split the applications assigned to evaluators. We receive many grant applications and some reviewers do not have the time to read all applications.

Auditor Role - Limit Process Access and Add Notification
The auditor role is good for people who need to see and report on a particular grant but they are able to see all the other grant process. It would be great to be able to limit what processes auditors can see. Also, being able to add an auditor to be notified when applications in that process are submitted would be a very handy feature!

Third Board Member Evaluator
It would be great if we could add a third evaluator to our processes. We follow the USDA process when reviewing applications, with a primary and secondary reviewer each weighted differently, then a board member reviewer. The board member solely assigns a grade to the application, so there is no need to go through the evaluation form and questions. Foundant Support has been great about helping us with a work around with this but ultimately, the addition of a third evaluator would solve all of our issues.

evaluation
It would be great if the evaluators could add a live link in the evaluation comments section to highlight, for example, a link from the organization.

Make the graph sizes smaller in the fund history part on portal
The graph size on the fund portal is very large. I would like to see the option of changing the size of the graphs.

New Column Idea for Grant History
In the GLM, I often use the Request History tab of an organization in my work. I would really like to be able to see a column with the amount of each grant request from that organization even if the grant was denied. Additionally, I believe this "Amount Requested" column would be helpful for both approved and denied grants because sometimes our board approves of only a portion of the requested funds.
Thank you!

read-only access to application documents for scholarship reviewers
Hi! I'm writing to request an update to the SLM/GLM reviewer experience that is regarding the cybersecurity of our scholarship and grant applicants. Currently, reviewers within the SLM/GLM can choose to either view or download scholarship or grant applications or the documents uploaded within them. For scholarship applications, these documents include things like FAFSA reports that include personal financial information. For grant applications, that could include things like tax returns, audits, and budgets.
I would like to request an update to the settings for Reviewers to be able to be given "read-only" access, meaning they would only be able to…

reviewer panel
For one grants cycle this year, we received 222 eligible applications that then are reviewed by 86 reviewers. We frequently get a large number of applications and reviewers, although this year is the biggest one so far in a long time! We assign reviewers to different panels, which are groups of people who all review the same applications. We make these application/reviewer assignments outside of Foundant, but it would be really helpful if we could group applications/reviewers by panel in Foundant. Without it, we have to send out communications manually basically, going back and forth to an external Excel document…

Rank Order Evaluation
We would like the option to Rank Order applications during Evaluation in lieu of giving a percentage score. For example, if there are 30 applications, only 1 application is given #1, one application #2 and so on. This option would be much easier for our Reviewers. In some cases, it is their preferred method of scoring.
I posted this idea 5 years ago and it is still an issue for us.

conflict of interest notification
I would love an automated email to administrators for GLM/SLM for a conflict of interest question. That way we can see it and assign another evaluator. We shoot for a certain number of reviews of applications and if someone has a conflict of interest we would want to assign a different reviewer for that application.

Remove an Applicant
I really need a way to remove an applicant without "abandoning" them or "denying" them. If I deny, they find out they didn't win the award. If I abandon, it goes to their request history, and then they can see it and email with questions. There are times we just need to remove them. An example would be: Our donor's evaluate, and one year there was an applicant in the pool for her son's memorial scholarship, that had bullied the deceased son. She came to us, and we needed to remove that applicant. There are instances where we just need…
