Pull request docs into reports
It would be helpful if a report could include uploaded request documents. We have to upload a source document to every grant request, so we want to be able to run a report to identify any requests missing a document.

Hi Chris - this is still a feature that would help a great deal. Any chance it's still being considered?
Thanks!

Hi Chris and Chuck - for us it's the 'request documents' that we upload as well. For instance, when we send out a grant, we currently receive an acknowledgement back via paper saying the org received the grant - we then scan and upload that to the request (side note - we could explore this as a follow up I suppose too). We also upload a scanned copy of the grant check to the 'request documents' - I'd like to be able to pull a report to ensure that those documents are attached to each grant rather than drilling into each grant to see that way. Personally I don't need the report to provide a link - just the name of the document (or the name that we enter when we upload it, either would work for us).
Thank you again for looking at this!

Hi Chris - thanks for responding. For us, it's mainly Request Documents. We have to upload a source doc to every request, and it would be helpful if it was possible to run a report to see the file names of any Request Docs, thereby confirming they have been uploaded.
We wouldn't need to have source docs clickable from the report, although that could be useful for application uploads - another way to access them without having to click into each request. Thanks,

Hi all,
This isn't on our short-term road map, but I'd like to get a better idea of what you're requesting so we can think about it appropriately. So just so I'm clear - do you mean the "Request Documents" that are on the Request Summary page? Or do you mean files that are uploaded in response to questions? And would your expectation be that the document name(s) are "clickable" in reporting so that you could open them from there?
Thanks!

Yes I was just asking chat support if I could do this! I second that it would be super useful to be able to pull a report for data quality to be able to tell which documents are attached to a project/request instead of having to drill down in each one. Thanks for suggesting.
