Allow us to create an Organization Profile form that users can fill out once and edit in subsequent years
Hi all,
We have many organizations that come back year after year to apply for grants, and they have to answer a bunch of the same questions every time (what's your mission statement, what are your programs/services, how many people are on your staff, etc.).
If we could create an "Organization Profile" form (or maybe a series of report fields) that the organizations could fill out once and then view and edit each subsequent year (instead of having to answer the same questions all over again), I think this would be a great streamlining tool for us and our applicants. I don't know how exactly this would be implemented, but what do you all think?

I like this... We are looking for a way to include standard documents that should be updated year-round and from year to year, such as their financials (multiple documents - maybe five years' worth) and insurance (just the latest). If this is possible, I'd like to see some fields able to be locked down - so that the group can no longer change them - and admins able to add documents if received in another way (such as through email, or directly from the insurance company, etc).

Yes! We really need this, too, along with an easy way to attach the profile to the application.

I agree. This will save time for grantees who submit grants more than once a year. The reminder to update the profile is a necessity, too.

This would be great for the grantees. There would have to be some sort of a reminder though so that they would remember to make sure that the organization's profile was up to date when submitting a grant application.

That would be a great plan! We have the same situation. Some organizations submit several applications in one grant round. Right now we are using the LOI as an agency profile but it is confusing,
