create a CC email option for applications
I'm interested in having a CC option for an application whereby when the automated emails go out to applicants, another email address identified through a CC field could also receive a copy (thus informing them of the progress). So for instance, you could CC a partner organization or an underlying donor for that grant, so they can see how the process is progressing.

This would be helpful when we have organizations using one login for multiple applicants. The actual program director does not always receive the email reminders from the "monitor" and will miss deadlines.

Yes you have a CC line when i send out an email, but that's not what i'm talking about.
I'm talking about having an option to CC someone along the entire process without me having to manually add them in. Meaning that everytime the grantee is contacted, they are contacted as well automatically because they've been previously identified.

This would be great for our scholarship site, the CC field would be for parents who are generally more responsive to scholarship information.
