Change "Add a Payment" back to "Make/View a Payment"

Today's release is confusing: when you go to make a payment already in the system, you now have to click Add a Payment. The previous language (Make/View a Payment) made more sense. If this change is permanent, it should be explained in the release notes.

    I agree with this enitrely! So glad you posted Chuck. I was not going to touch the plus sign as I thought I would be adding an additional payment to the request.
    I understand the need for simple icons but it does seem that the Add a Payment is Not the best option. I expected that the eye icon would be the appropriate option to view and edit the payment to add in the payment details, and I was wrong. Now I know how to do it, but it does seem (even still) like I should not touch the plus icon.
    Just thought it worth sharing my experience for development's consideration.
