Set up notifications/reminders for Evaluators, like Applicant reminders
Wouldn't it be great if Evaluators were not only notified that an LOI had been assigned to them, but then they received automated reminders that the deadline to respond was approaching - like Bill Pay Reminders! If I were the Evaluator I would be notified that an LOI had been assigned to me and then notified that it was 10 days, 15 days, 20 days without a response. Of course, you'd have the option to turn it on or off and selected when you'd like the reminders, depending on the process. A bit like how the Applicant is notified when a follow-up is almost due, past due, etc. This would help us get back to Applicants sooner and make Foundant function more like a project management tool for Administrators/Evaluators, etc. Especially for foundations that have rolling submissions, this would be a huge help. Thanks for considering it.

One of my Board Members just asked for this today!

This would be helpful so that evaluations could be closed while they still have access to their form and the applications.

I would definitely use this to remind our Granting Committee to get their evaluations done!

Our evaluators do receive notification when an evaluation has been assigned to them but I love the idea of them automatically getting reminders after a timeframe that we designate if they have not yet completed.

Any way to set a hard deadline on staff evaluators? Also any way to send an e-mail template a day or two before that deadline? This would be done on a per processes basis and we have approximately 25 unique processes.
