Getting automatic notifications when reviewers finalize their evaluations would significantly streamline the process. Constantly running reports or manually checking each assigned application to identify pending evaluations is incredibly time-consuming, particularly when dealing with a large volume of applications under review. We would also appreciate this. We have over 200 evaluators that evaluate scholarships within our UA/Stand Alone processes. We do not require evaluators to evaluate every student, only their top 10 so it is very difficult to know when our evaluators are finished with a specific process within the UA.

Adding on to this that this would be a very helpful feature to have added! An email to the admin when the eval is completed would be incredibly helpful.

I don't know whether to add this idea again or just vote on this one from 2015. This would definitely be a helpful update.

We have a slightly different use case. We use evaluations internally for staff to "code" grants and provide details for the grant contract. (Which we cannot accomplish via internal follow up since we need this in order to move the request to approved.) Right now they have to email me to notify me that the coding is complete so I can start the contract OR I have to go in and check everyday, request-by-request, to see if their information is there.

This would be so helpful. Because we have two phases of evaluation that overlap (external and internal) we have a very difficult time tracking down which external evaluators haven't completed their assignments. This is because we can't search by closed evaluations, as internal reviewers keep the evaluation form open right up through committee meetings.

Would also like to see admins get email notification when someone completes an evaluation!! The latter suggestion from Chuck would not work for us since we go based on a percentage vote and don't need to wait for 100% to close evaluations.

Our administrators want to know when an evaluator completes an assignment, without having to browse the assigned evals. It would help if we could receive an email when an evaluation is complete (with the ability to turn off the feature for situations with too many evals).
Another way to address this would be if the completed Evals moved automatically to another stage (e.g. Closed).
