1099 Indicator Check Box

We often have folks who work as independent contractors in the community and may also be getting receiving a check from another one of our funds as a reimbursement for personal expenses paid. We need to be able to determine which vouchers are 1099 eligible, and which are not.

    Still doing a work around in order to determine which vouchers are 1099 eligible and which ones aren't, for the same vendor profile. Flagging the vendor profile is not the concern, it is flagging individual vouchers.

    Agree with comment from Courtney Brown below...we have the same issues and are doing a work around to try to get the information.

    Our foundation really needs this feature to be marked on a voucher by voucher basis.

    We often times issue reimbursements (NOT 1099 elligible) and payments (elligible) to the same individual. The way it is, we have to use a report - and ensure that we change the description to say if it is a payment or a reimbursement.
