Portal Login System Email Address
We just sent login information for the Fund Advisor Portal and were surprised to see the system email (with the unique URL to create their password) was mailed to the primary profile email and NOT the email selected as the login. It would be nice if it went to the email we selected as login.
There is not an option to set a separate email for a fund advisor. The confusion could be when the login name is set as the email. This field does not have to be an email, therefore the email goes to the primary email from the Fund Advisor profile.

We just realized that this is the case. We were under the impression that the system email would go to to the email selected as Login, but that is not the case. With so many users having a variety of emails for unique purposes, it makes sense that the one they choose for their login receive the email for password reset etc.

Question for Helen: Did you push out invitations in bulk or individually from desired fund advisor profiles? We are looking to send our email out but I just noticed your comment. This would be a huge problem - YIKES - some of our advisors have several emails on their profiles. If they don't want their primary email, then hopefully the individual invitations would resolve that problem. Just an issue or complaint we would like to avoid!
