Legal Name added as tax receipt field
The Legal Name field is not an available field for tax receipt templates. I'm hoping it can be added to the Template Fields List for tax receipts.
This field would be the ideal field for donor names in tax receipts. Our CSM has suggested using the mailing label, but we use that field for informal/preferred names (when we have them). Also, the profile name is not always in an appropriate format for letters (for example, the name for households is formatted as "LAST, First and First" for efficient searches and campaign lists).

The following field is available on the tax receipt template: {{donor_legal_name}}

Could you use the recognition name field that released on July 22, 2022? This field will auto populate into the donation record from the profile. It is available on tax receipts as well.
