investment strategy: option set a dollar amount
It would be nice to have the ability to set investment strategies by dollar amount and not just percentages. We have some funds that have multiple investment strategies and need to be able to hold a flat dollar amount rather than a percentage of the fund.

We just received a request from a donor for setup of their fund that would require something like this, so this would be a great feature to implement.

Allow a fund to have multiple investment strategies and be able to assign a percentage or flat dollar amount to each. We have funds that currently have $$ in multiple investments strategies but this makes it difficult to manage when we can only select one investment strategy per fund and makes balance swaps for these funds more manual.
