work organization
It would be helpful for the "work organization" field in a profile to be a searchable/self-populating type field (like for funds, etc) so that you can link a profile to their employer easier.

Yes, this would be great so when you have an organization with multiple contacts/employees that you may need to interact with, then they are all in relationship with each other. Currently we have two Org profiles for the same company because they each have a different employee contact. If I merge them, then I lose an employee contact, but if I create an individual profile and add the company as a work organization, I don't think that shows on the Orgs profile...
