Make it more clear where you are at in the profile (main profile, grantee, etc.)
Besides the ever-so-slightly bolded font for which designation you are looking at if you happen to be in the grantee, fund advisor, etc. record, it can be very hard to tell which record you are looking at. It would be clearer if "main profile" was also listed in the designation area and the selected designation was highlighted or made more prominent than just the bold text.

The profile designation in the top left corner is hard to see - I had to look for it even after reading the comment that pointed it out. It really would be helpful if this were more prominent to show the type of record.
I think part of the confusion is having all the designations listed on every type of record, even if not bolded. This idea: https://idealab.foundant.com/forums/597718-communitysuite-idea-lab/suggestions/46547377-profiles-may-release-feedback#comments says that the change in designations was released to the Sandbox but in the Sandbox still shows all the designations.
