Immediate Need! Fund Advisors should not be listed as the donor with interfund transfers.
Please remove the newly added feature of the attached Fund Advisor listing as the donor that now accompanies the fund name with interfund transfer gifts. The global hide donor name and information is not suitable for our community needs. We manage many funds where access to donor information is not only based on the fund but at the donor level. Please consider improvements that would allow community foundations the option to offer global adjustment if needed like our partners in Canada and also implement customization at the donor level for other format needs. We have some fund advisors who do not wish to share their personal information which is attached to the fund advisor profile but welcome the release of their fund name as the grantor. At the very least, we request that the fund advisor listing be removed as part of the donor name. If our only current alternative is to not select a fund advisor when creating the grant, that detracts from our internal auditing practices so isn't ideal. Thank you!
Due to the release of the Portal in the sandbox (August in Live sites), requests related to the legacy fund advisor system are being moved to not planned. Foundant plans to sunset the legacy fund advisor portal on 4/1/2025.

Quick update: Please make it optional to display the fund advisor as the donation advisor. In our process flow, these two groups are not synonymous. I suggest a check box to include the fund advisor as the donation advisor optional. As it stands now, we are not able to select the person who advised the fund as part of our grant entry process because we do not want it listed as a donation advisor which releases personal contact information not intended for grantees. Thanks!
