Add a column to 'Profiles> List by Date' to show if the profile was created by online checkout
Add a column to the Profiles> List by Date report so it shows whether the profile was created via the online checkout or created manually.

Created date is now a column in the Profile list view. A User could also create a profile report with a created_Ts filter. A relative date could be used and the report could be emailed weekly, monthly, etc.
