Fund Portal First Time Login - allow CS to make temporary PW
Can you please figure out how a Fund Representative can set up their own login and password (create their own account) so that we don't have to send the a login email link? Even if we could just provide them a temporary pw, that would be sufficient. It is so hard to get folks to click on that "email login link" in a timely manner and then it expires and then they never login and then their fund eventually becomes inactive in many cases....

I agree this process could be better. Asking FA's who may not always be technically savvy to follow one link to set up a password and then another link to use the portal is clunky.
I often hear from FA's who don't understand why they can't get to the FA portal and it turns out that they are trying to use the initial password setup link.
