Opportunities - Column Sort functionality is not working

The columns in each of the buckets have the ability to alpha sort (or largest-smallest), but it does not work--or seems to only work randomly. It takes several clicks to actually get the column to sort alpha or reverse alpha. If they are not supposed to be sorted, please remove the sort icon at the headers.

    Hi Jennifer - I'd been struggling with this too. I asked about it in Idea Lab live this week and learned that there's default sorting that you have to undo in order for it to sort the column you want it sorted by. So if you see the sort icon at the top of a column that you're not sorting on, click it and then when your chosen column is the only one with the sort icon at the top it should sort correctly.
