Add Profile ID to Note Custom Report
The Note Custom Report has several options for Profile ID (e.g., Employee, Primary Advisor) but it does not include the Profile ID for a standard profile. Would it be possible to add that field?
Our specific scenario is to search for notes on a vendor record and also include the "native" Profile ID on the report output.

Maybe a crazy idea, can you add profile fields to the Notes report related to the referenced profile on the note?
Specifically, when a note is added to a profile or vendor record, we need the option to pull Profile Custom Fields into the report for the referenced profile or vendor.
Today, we must export this information and do this translation in Excel.
