Complete Multiple Grants at One Time
I would like an option to complete multiple grants all at one time, but not ALL grants. Our organization utilizes this function to track when our organizations have submitted their completed grant reports on how funds were used. We process grants and two different types of scholarships. We don't need grant reports for scholarships so I want to mark them complete right after processing them. Right now though this is an all or nothing feature from what I can tell so I have to manually go into each grant and complete it because I don't want to bulk complete all for those grants we have distributed that we still need reports for. It would be nice if there were check box icons beside the grants to select which ones to complete. For example, after you select Complete All from the PAID grants tab and the list of Bulk Complete Grants appear having a box you can select like there is when you can select different donations to deposit at a time.
6/5/2024: Summit Idea Lab-Enhanced the Paid bucket in Grants to a custom report to allow for filtering options. This will also allow for the ability to select grants in bulk or individual grants to move to Complete bucket.

This change will go a long way in the workflow process and allow us to quickly locate this information to provide better service internally and externally!

This upgrade would be very helpful. We just had 1,600 grants in the Paid bucket and had to complete all but a few dozen of them. Currently, the only choices are to approve all or approve one by one. Please build out the ability to filter or use check boxes so that we only complete the relevant grants.

I would love an option to mark grants complete the same way that it is set up for marking award letters sent with a checkbox system. The mark all grants complete option is great, but not a fix all. Sometimes I need to bulk mark 30+ grants complete, but not all of the grants in that paid bucket as complete and it is very tedious to go into each individual grant and mark it as complete.

I so agree. We would like to mark grants complete in stages. Some grants types become "complete" before others. The Paid Grants bucket should have the same filtering capability as the other grants buckets.

I would like it if there were check boxes on the "complete all" for grants in the "Paid" bucket. In the other buckets for bulk options like "approve all" you can check all or check certain grants. This option would be great for "complete all" as well. Sometimes we hold on to a grant after it's been paid for various reasons.

YES! The ability to filter by grant details (grantee, funding source, etc) is so essential. Nobody marks all grants complete at once!

Agreed - a filter would be nice so that we could (for example) bulk complete all that are more than 4 months old.

In the Grants workflow, I would love if we could use custom reporting to filter which grants we would like to mark as "Complete." For us, it doesn't make sense to bulk complete all of them, but there are far too many that need to be completed to do it one-by-one.

I appreciate the new bulk complete grants option. It would be nice if there was a step before fulling completing them all so you could check which ones you want to bulk complete. I often have many grants to complete at once, but there may be handful that I don't want to complete yet.

I'd like this. Additionally, I'd like to be able to print grant letters in bulk. Currently I have to print them out one at a time, along with the envelopes. It can take forever.

Heard the request in a demo recently to be able to mass mark grants as complete. Curious if other people would like this. Thinking this could be added as an option to the filter listing on grants - something like "Bulk Complete" that would go through the grants in the filtered list and mark as complete any that have paid the full amount of the grant, but not ones that still have remaining amounts to pay. It would still be manual completion if you want to close a grant without paying the full amount of the grant.
