Decouple the inactive button from the deceased button
When you mark a profile deceased, it is automatically marked inactive and you have to reopen it to make that change. Not all deceased profiles are inactive - we pull them frequently but if they're also marked inactive they might not get pulled.

Totally agree. Was just looking at a list from a Profile Type we use for our Legacy Society, and realized that Deceased/Inactive profiles weren't on the list. I think it's a new feature that profiles marked as Deceased are automatically also marked an Inactive and we definitely don't want this to be coupled, as we lose an essential way of tracking profile types.
