Yearly tax receipt - would like to bulk email to those with emails and mail to those without emails

We would like to email our yearly tax receipts to donors, but if a profile doesn't have an email the bulk job doesn't complete and all of the profiles without emails are listed so we can add an email to the profile to them run the job again for emailing receipts. In many cases we don't have the donor's email (when they mail a check for example). It would be great if the job would complete and send to those with an email and then create an 'exception report' for those without an email so we can mail those receipts to those donors.

    For several reasons it's hard to only choose donations over $250 since one amount of $250 might be split in several different donations for different purposes. Therefore we want to send a receipt for EVERY donation which result in a lot of donors. If we could email them, it's no cost to us and much faster/less labor intensive than stuffing envelopes. But since we don't have an email for every donor, we have not be able to do this. Please make it so every donor does not have to have an email for this to work. It should go ahead and send the emails for the ones that do have an email address and not stop the entire job process.

    This would streamline our tax receipting process and decrease the amount of man hours significantly!
