User login
Both of our audit group users - who only access the system for a few months annually - couldn't remember their passwords to log into CSuite. Unlike Fund Advisors, there is no "Send Login Email" in the left margin of the User tab of a profile. Since there were no instructions on any Foundant Help webpage or in Compass, the only work-around I could figure out was to "login as" each of them, send them their home screen once I assigned a temporary password.
The process for sending a User a new link to login should be much easier. Support indicated this has been "a problem that multiple clients had." If that is the case, why doesn't the Support team submit improvements without us having to put it out for a vote?
