My comment is concerned with GLM and not SLM. It would be great for this to be customized because there is a 2-3 month review process for our applicants. If we could change the status from "under review" to "committee review" to "board decision," they would know it is still moving through the process.

To add on to this thought, is there a way the grantee can see the follow ups for grants completed by someone else. I have an organization that had a director, an interim director, and now a new director. The new director cannot see follow ups unless I go back and reassign each one to him. That is very time consuming.

Agreed. Executive directors are not always eager to agree to an application without being able to review it. Currently, the grant writer or I have to pdf the application and send it to the director.

I just discovered this issue with an applicant that has had multiple turnovers in her and she is not able to copy to a new form.

To be able to add a contact without an email would be extremely helpful. I like to add the executive director so they will available for merge templates.
