  1. It would be helpful if we could run a report on who the last person was to modify a form. For example, if an admin prints follow ups and marks them complete, it would be great to see who marked it complete if we have multi staff working in the follow up stages.

  2. In the new Learning Center, we should be able to have an administrator-level account, so that we can create new users for our staff, assign them training courses, and view their progress in completing each of those. It's a missed opportunity to not have this.

  3. Would like a way to export the questions that are asked in Application, Evaluation, Follow Up forms via the Reporting function. This would be used to compare questions that are asked across different processes.

  4. Please provide the option to allow us to manually key in a date for when the follow up form is to be assigned. Where the applicant cannot see the follow up form when they logon and to not allow the applicant to receive any emails regarding the follow up form until the date that the follow up form is assigned. It’s very rare to have down time but when there is any, we can begin to assign follow up forms with a future assignment date.

  7. It would be extremely helpful to be able to run a report that gives the current visibility status for each individual question on a form. We change visibility on our LOI after our initial review is complete. In addition to needing to change the visibility setting on each question one by one, currently we can only validate that the setting have been correctly updated by manually reviewing each question again, one by one. With the New Applicant Dashboard feature, we would love to be able to manually change the status of a request on the Request Panel to Action Needed, even if there is no assigned follow-up form associated with the request. Sometimes, we have applicants that submit requests, and we do a first round due diligence check that requires follow-up on the back end via email with no official form, but action may still needed from the applicant. Under the New Applicant Dashboard feature, these requests would fall under the No Action column even though action is needed, there is just no…

  9. I would love to see the addition of an "opt out" checkbox function when an automatic email is going to be triggered. We use an automatic email that's attached to when a Final Report is assigned. The auto email sends out a grant award notification, but, if we ever need to adjust the Final Report due date, it will resend the grant award email.

  10. In the GLM, I often use the Request History tab of an organization in my work. I would really like to be able to see a column with the amount of each grant request from that organization even if the grant was denied. Additionally, I believe this "Amount Requested" column would be helpful for both approved and denied grants because sometimes our board approves of only a portion of the requested funds.

  11. There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)

  12. In Application Evaluation Closed, the PDF Evaluation Summary is wonderful. I was hoping that it might be possible to generate a deidentified version of the evaluation summary, with the evaluators names changed to ‘Evaluator 1, Evaluator 2, Evaluator 3, etc.’ Currently we have an assistant who manually edits each PDF, but this is tedious and prone to human error.

  13. I would love to see more CSuite fields auto populate when the grant is STARTED in GLM.

    Issue is we would like grant advisor field populated in CSuite and GLM. If the grant is started in GLM, this field does not auto populate. Since fund advisor is a fund field, I thought once the fund was assigned in CSuite, the field would populate and push to GLM. That does not happen. I must manually add the grant advisor in CSuite and refresh GLM.

  15. Recently in SLM, we've had multiple 3rd party persons reach out to us to have the Request Link email resent to them so they can complete a student's letter of recommendation. To keep track of and know that they were sent, opened, etc., would it be possible to include those emails sent from the administrator's side of the platform in the searchable Email History module in the Communications section? We had a few that we resent tell us that they didn't even receive the ones from the admin. We also told them to look for the administrator@grantinterface.com sender address. Something…

  16. Currently we request financial audits at the application and report stage in a grant cycle. This often means the same audit lives in two places.

    I would be great if users could upload files (audits, in this case) to the Organization Documents tab to keep everything in one place.

  17. Admins should have the feature to receive an automatic email when a grantee misses their follow-up deadline. This would help admins with follow-ups assigned at different times to keep track of grantees who don't turn in their reports on time.

  18. It would be very helpful if collaborators or others in an organization could see any administrator comments made within an LOI or application. Currently, only the applicant can see the comments. If the applicant is asking for help from a collaborator, it is necessary that the collaborator see our comments.

  19. When sending letters to grantees, I like to let them know which funds their grant came from. We do a lot of multi-fund grants and so I'd like to have each fund and amount listed. Sometimes there are multiple installments from one fund, so I don't want to pull in installment fields. To my understanding, I can only get this information into a merge template if I create custom fields in a form attached to the request (like the approval form) and manually enter them. This is a more tedious than I'd like. It would be great if this information…

  20. Batch Print blank forms from Process Manager

    We have 57 separate application Processes that we manage each year. Univeral application is not an option as each application has specific and varying criteria. Although we work hard to normalize wording of questions while inserting specific and simply things like word counts.

    Each year we open each process application and try to analyze anomalies. One way is to print each application, each evaluation, each follow-up form to PDF using "Question List". Once in PDF they may be analyzed as a group with different tools.
