Multiple Question Columns
Many times, a question will take up less than 10% of the width of the form. I would like to see a column functionality added to reduce the vertical length of the application.

Add Apple file formats to document viewer
We're getting an increasing number of applicants submitting their attachments in Apple file formats (primarily Numbers and Pages) and currently have to either download, convert and reupload them as compatible files or have applicants send in new documents via email in order to make the attachments viewable in GLM for our review team. Is there way to get the document viewer to work with Apple formats?

fraud detection
We had several fake applications submitted in our last grant process. Mostly we suspect real people using AI to help them build "believable" documentation for the evidence request, such as fake Schedule F or P&L statements as well as fake vendor receipts for reimbursable activities. We'd love to have some sort of detection tool for spotting those as we had several red flags across the fake apps that were shared. See attachment for details.

Ability to Bulk Edit Table Cells
It would be great to be able to bulk edit the a table in GLM/SLM to change cell content, visibility etc without having to open, edit and save each cell individually. It's time consuming and a tedious process. Being able to edit the table, change all the fields, and then save, would be awesome to see!

default answers (multiple choice)
It would be awesome to be able to assign a default answer to a multiple-choice question (radio button or checkboxes). maybe a check box in the list for "Make this the default answer", if unchecked, there is no default answer. If checked, that selection is the default.
This would be helpful when we have an internal question that is required, but will not need to be answered unless a change is needed. For example, "Does the board require an amendment to consider this grant for approval? Y/N." The grant manager doesn't need to answer this question until after the board…

Internal question groups
It would be nice if we could assign visibility to entire groups of questions, so we could have an "Internal Use Only" group of questions that our applicants can never see. And every question in that group would be "Internal" by default.

Real-Time Score Summation on Evaluation Forms
The Problem: Currently, evaluators can only see the total percentage on their dashboard after submission. While filling out a form, they have no way to see the cumulative raw score unless they calculate it manually. This adds unnecessary cognitive load and leads to "scoring blind," where evaluators aren't sure if their individual marks align with the final grade they intended to give.
The Solution: Add a "Total Score Counter" at the bottom of evaluation forms (or as a sticky header/footer). This counter should update in real-time as the evaluator selects scores for individual questions.

share instruction
Allow Instruction Question type to be shared. We use this to provide external links to guidance documents at the top of each form. It would be VERY HELPFUL to be able to update the link once, rather than in every form.

Repeater Group
It would be great to be able to build a group of questions that would repeat based on the numerical answer to a prior question. (i.e. How many outside organizations will you be collaborating with? 1-5 and the group would be organization name, First Name, Last Name, e-mail, phone.)

Ability to group short text boxes on one line
In our application, we would like for organizations to provide contact information for the program's manager when the PM is not the applicant. For data purposes, it is helpful for us to have the contact's info in individual fields (1. salutation, 2. first name, 3. last name) instead of one text box.
Rather than having one line per short text box in the form, it would be helpful if we had the ability to group related short text boxes on one line. For example, something like the admins view when updating user pages in the system.

Make grant catalog fields in GLM optional by default with option to make required
We would love to include grant catalog fields in all of our grant request processes so that if a grant would be something that would appeal to a donor advisor fund we could sync the request from GLM to CSuite to make it available online for them to consider (plus track the donations). The problem is, all grant catalog fields are required, so it's all or nothing. It would be very repetitive for the user to type this information twice or for us to copy information from the application to the grant catalog fields.

Committees for Evaluation in GLM
It would be nice to have a Committee option in GLM, like SLM, for evaluators. We utilize the portal for different processes throughout the year including accepting nominations for an awards event we host. It would be helpful to use a committee option when assigning evaluators.

Allow images without having to use a rich text only box
There used to be a feature where you could insert an image to the instructions box of a form even if the added question did not have the option for rich text. It would be great if we could get that back! The image that used to be in one of our forms is now broken and I haven't been able to get it back (it says the image cannot be loaded from the passed link.)

Minimum Character Count
We currently have the option of a maximum character count, but I would love to have the option of implementing a minimum as well. It would be very helpful on application questions, especially since there are a lot of varying expectations for the length of a "short answer/essay."

Allow information from the organization and user details to auto-fill answers to questions in any form. For example, on the application form if the question is organization submitting an application that information would auto-populate based on the organization the user is linked to. Another example, would be if there is a question on the applicant form that asks who is completing the application, that information based on the user information of the person logged in.

It would be helpful if Admin could copy a question from one process to the other.
We're updating our form, and would like to retroactively make the changes to 2 closed processes to improve reporting. It would save time and reduce errors to copy a question and add it to another process.

Access to the same features in SLM & GLM within the same License Level
It would be really great to have access to similar features in both SLM & GLM when you have the same license level. For example we have standard license for both but only have access to Third Party References in SLM, whereas in order to access that in GLM, you have to upgrade to the Advanced License.
