Please, please, please add "Fund Names" into the available merge fields for email templates!
When notifying someone of a grant award, we have always referenced the fund name in a check letter. As we move notifications to email, we need to be able to include the Fund Names. In CommunitySuite-integrated processes, the field exists already in the Installment form. It would be great if that field were both shared to other forms and as a merge field for email templates!

Ability to link incoming e-mails directly to a request/organization
In order to facilitate the archival of correspondance linked to an organization or a request, we try to always send e-mails directrly from Foundant (using the "Send (no template)" option.
However, the responses come to our Outlook inbox and we have to save them somewhere in order to upload them in the Document section of the organization or request. It takes time and it does not allow us to view all correspondance in one place (e-mail history).
There is a lot of back and forth with applicants and grantees, so that would be very useful!

What providers are people using?
Are there emails other than responses to system messages that need to live in the system?
If an email was sent in relation to a request, example for submitted, where would you want to view that email from?

date based third party reminder
Someone else requested it, but it was archived, so I would like to bring back into consideration third party reminders based on a due date (the application due date, if not a separate third party due date), instead of the date when the third party response was requested. Our application process opens several months before the application due date, and some requests are made right away. Not only will those recommenders forget by the actual due date, but it has historically seriously annoyed our recommenders to receive a reminder before the actual due date. SLM be able to get the Process Summary as a merged field in an email template
It would be useful to be able to have the Process Summary as a merged field in an email template. Every year before opening the scholarships, I send the donors a copy of their criteria using word merge. It would be easier to just send them an email from SLM.

Automatic Emails Editable
Can there be an automatic email for the "LOI Declination?" Or better yet, can it be determined by the administrators which emails are automatic or not?

Report Complete Automation
It would be helpful for our grantees to receive a message when a previous report was accepted (completed on our end) so they can move onto the next report that’s due. The only notification they receive is if the reports are sent back as incomplete.

Allow e-mails to be delayed or scheduled in advance
We use manual e-mails for our responses to various requests and we sometimes process these outside office hours. We would like to be able to schedule manual e-mails for a later time or date.

Toggle between friendly names
I'd like to be able to have different friendly names on outgoing emails for different programs. Ideally, it would be another choice on an email template/message.

Allow for merge fields to be used in Donation email body - currently only name & salutation are available, however more merge fields are allowed in Donation notify email body

Folders for Communications Templates
It would be great if we could put email templates in folders by grant opportunity. We have so many on our CF and have to scroll down to find each one because they are so different. Please make folders to make it easier to find the templates we need.

Automatic email triggered by question in application
I'd like to see an automatic email be sent based on a question answered on the application. For example, "Would you like information on the other financial aid assistance we offer?" And if they click "Yes" then an email with more information is sent.

SLM Merge Field
I'd like to suggest adding a merge field in the email templates that pulls in the email address of the student's parent or guidance counselor.

Email template logic
It would be so useful to be able to incorporate logic into email templates. If I could have one sentence if a certain condition is true, and another if it's not, would save me from having to create (and maintain!) a multitude of templates.

Due date for evaluations
Would you consider adding a hard due date for evaluations like there is for applications? This would allow us to use due date as a merge field in our email communications to evaluators to notify them when they are due. It would nice to have an auto-reminder 2 weeks in advance etc.

'Installment' should be a field option that can auto-populate in GLM - email templates. We fund multi-year grants and it would be helpful to include both the total amount awarded as well as the installment amount.

It would be great if we could either save a draft of an email to an individual or schedule emails to go out at a certain time.

Copy Collaborators in Email Communications
I'm hoping there is a way our foundation can copy collaborators in email communications and send them auto-generated emails for a request within GLM. Just as there is the option to CC/Copy a primary contact, It would be GREAT to have that same checkbox for CC/Copy collaborators. So many of our organizations use grant writers who are not affiliated with their organization to submit proposals and we need our communications to go to them!

Please add the "task" feature like in CSuite to GLM and SLM! It is so handy when the workload is shared between people!

Ability turn off automatic e-mails for individual requests
We often have to turn off automatic e-mails for short period of times when we work on individual requests and do not want the applicant to receive a notification.
Sometimes, we forget to turn the automatic e-mail back on in the tool manager and it creates confusion.
It would be great to be able to toggle off (an on) automatic e-mails for an individual request, directly in the request.

Third-Party batch email options
We frequently follow-up with third-party respondents in applications. It's time-consuming to click into each application, process, email history to make those connections. We'd like "email third-party respondents" as one of the bulk option for selected applications.
