  1. Two contacts assigned to grant applications.

    Having the choice to assign two contacts to a grant application and followups. Small organizations or volunteer-based organizations have turnover, and we've had instances where the contact assigned has left the organization, and reminder notifications about grant reporting are never seen. This could be fixed by having a backup email automatically assigned.

  3. Evaluating Follow-up submissions

  4. Delete users

    DELETE USERS
    It would be most helpful to be able to DELETE (not just deactivate) Users. We don't want to keep a bunch of outdated/not relevant /even deceased contacts under "inactive" if we don't have to. We have to keep some Users as "inactive" with dummy emails in order to show concurrent affiliations - so it's already a busy place for us.

  5. Folders for Communications Templates

    It would be great if we could put email templates in folders by grant opportunity. We have so many on our CF and have to scroll down to find each one because they are so different. Please make folders to make it easier to find the templates we need.

  6. Scholarship communication with applicants via text

    Many students do not check their emails or voicemails on a regular basis. Some do not even set up their voicemail boxes. Texting is their primary mode of communication. Having the capability of texting messages to the applicant might speed up their response to our requests.

  7. Organization contacts to be able to edit other contacts in their organization. Including adding, deleting and changing contacts

    It is very burdensome for us to have to edit all of our organization contacts for our grantees. We have over 200 organizations and they are constantly changing administrative contacts, people who work in their grant offices, etc. It would get great if an organization would be able to edit their own contacts so we did not have to worry about keeping everyone up to date.

  8. Due date for evaluations

    Would you consider adding a hard due date for evaluations like there is for applications? This would allow us to use due date as a merge field in our email communications to evaluators to notify them when they are due. It would nice to have an auto-reminder 2 weeks in advance etc.

  10. multiple reminder emails

    Increase the number or make customizeable the number of reminders that can be sent. Our leadership prefers 2 reminders BEFORE the due date rather than 1 before and 1 after. :-)

    Can you add the follow up report view to the primary contact of an organization? I am getting requests from ED's asking if they can please be able to view all of their following reports from various applicants within the organization.

  12. Use the merge fields in email templates

    I am trying very hard to outsmart the system. I am trying to use some of the non-standard merge fields that I generated out of one of our processes in an email template. I got it to work in one, but am having trouble with the second...If I can get it to work, I'll be able to pull data from the installments and one of my follow up forms into an automatic email for our Admin Assistant, so she can then generate a payment request in PeopleSoft.   13. Include email responses in Contact email history

    The contact email history would be a much better tool if it included all correspondence with the applicants. Only being able to view emails sent to the applicant and not seeing responses makes it an incomplete history.

  14. Collaborator Receive Emails

    I love the collaborator feature! Here come the but. But it would be great if the collaborator could receive emails as well as the applicant. I have several executive directors that submit and application but then want someone else to complete the follow ups.

  15. Communication Tracking

    Please consider adding a feature to document within the system a communications and activity log for organizations. All staff could access this log to monitor our engagement and verify information. It could be used for phone calls, emails, site visits, etc.

  16. Allow e-mails to be delayed or scheduled in advance

    We use manual e-mails for our responses to various requests and we sometimes process these outside office hours. We would like to be able to schedule manual e-mails for a later time or date.

  18. Set up an administrator notification for when evaluations are completed

    We have our evals set up to get management approval of submitted grants before we proceed with processing them. I'd love to get a notification that the evals were completed to serve as a prompt for me to log in and move the application forward.

  19. Timing of Automated Emails

    Hi there. I notice that some of the automated emails I have set up in my processes are sent out by the Foundant system at odd hours of the night. Recently I had a batch of reminder emails that were sent through the Foundant system at 2:00 AM. It would be wonderful if I could set a time for those emails to go out, or at the very least to have the system send automated emails at a more reasonable hour.   20. Folders for Communications/Emails

    We have processes that need specific information that is not in system (IE award notice, award presentation, notice of dates for 6-mo and 12-mo reporting) and it would be nice to have folders in the Communications area to batch them together - or collapse a group together, rather than have to have them all listed.
