  1. Custom task reports should show ALL tasks, not just the tasks that have been entered from within an Opportunity. Currently, custom task report only shows tasks entered from within an opportunity.

It would be very helpful and much less clicks if there was an ability from the "link fund" or "link profile" screen on the profile if you could link that certain profile more than once to a fund or other profiles before creating. Like at this screen attached if there were multiple boxes if you wanted to link the profile to another fund, same fund, etc. instead of going back to the profile screen and clicking link again.
    Or at least be able to link to one fund at a time but have multiple fund categories to one fund per…

  3. I would like to have the ability to generate even a simple letter from a profile, so it auto fills name, address and I can take it from there. Add to the "Create" in the left sidebar please!

  4. We would like to see a permission setting that would allow users with that permission to view the full Account number entered into ACH Settings. Today, our only option is to Configure the settings or Clear the Settings.

    We would like to the option for a small number of users to be able to view the settings (including the full account number).

  5. Nice that you added the ability to designate required fields for profiles. An enhancement would be to indicate which fields are required when creating a new profile --- such as an asterisk or red field label to indicate that a field is required. Rather than clicking Save only to find that those fields were not filled in.

  6. We allow many people to get into Profile Types. That’s an easy way to view and export profiles based on the assigned type. Once we give someone the Profile Type permission, they can get in there. So far so good. Then there’s permissions for Archive Profile Type and Delete Profile Type. However, those permissions are surprisingly narrowly defined to just the Profile Types. Nothing applies to Profile Fund Categories, Address Types, Email Types and Genders.   7. I had 2 households that I was merging together. The old profile had a Steward and Engagement Strategy on the profile. The newer profile did not. When I merged the older profile into the newer profile, the Steward and Engagement Strategy was lost.

    I believe this is a bug and should be fixed. We should never lose any information from the old profile unless it was intentionally selected in the fields to keep when merging. The Steward and Engagement Strategy fields are not listed when merging profiles so there is no way to choose to keep the info.

  9. It would be helpful if we could enter multiple contacts for an organization based on the inquiry (director, grants, treasurer, etc.). As of now, we either have to put additional contacts in a note or create multiple profiles for the same organization in order to have multiple contacts.

  12. We use the mailchimp integration with CSuite and would love to have the ability to batch update the bounced emails as "Do not email." Currently these have to be done individually, which takes a lot of time when you have over 100 to do.

  13. We would like an option for changes to households to populate/update the individual profiles linked to that household.

    Now, when we make an address change or a change to Profile Types for a household profile, we must make the same changes to each individual profile linked to that household - in other words, we often must make the same exact edit on three or more profiles.

If we have a constituent with multiple email addresses (work, personal, etc..), we would like the ability to mark a single email address on a profile as "do not email" vs marking all of them using the do not email link. Making a single email address inactive is not visually effective to the end-user as compared to red headings and strike-through text that the do not email function provides.

  16. Since one of the primary purposes of Community Suite is customer relations management (CRM), there needs to be more sophisticated options for recording contact with donors. Right now the only way to do this is to add a note for each contact. Other CRM systems I have used make it much easier to open a box to record each contact: date, nature of contact (phone, email, visit, etc.), who made the contact, etc. This should be stored in such a way that it is easy to pull up a list of all contacts with a particular donor.

  17. Salutation/mailing label areas of Profile set to auto fill. When entering a profile, it would be helpful to have these auto fill rather than entering each time. Then they could be overridden based on if the profile needs a change. Such as instead of Mr. and Mrs. Jones, override to Bill and Mary.
