  1. We would like to give a few more system setting options to some of our fund advisors but these settings can only be done universally - any way we could edit the universal setting on the advisor itself just for that advisor?

  2. It would be great if there was a way for fund advisors to see their fund activity broken down by year in the portal. For example, they could click on "2023" and see all the donations, grants, etc. for that specific year in one place.

  3. It would be great if Fund Advisors can upload files they would like kept on record and for others to view. Currently, I have groups that would like to upload their Board minutes, impact reports, press releases, and other documents for present and future members to view in the portal. If fund advisors upload the information, it could also be automatically marked as "shared".

  4. For donors who give to many orgs, it could take a lot of scrolling to get to the Grants listing under the Grantee Summary. It’d be great to have a jump link to skip from the top of the page to the top of the Grants listing.

  5. We've been using the gift description field for insider notes and things we want to flow into a gift receipt template - such as specifics about stock gifts. But many of our funds are set up by clubs and organizations, so the people using the portal shouldn't see that information. Please make the gift description something that can be turned on and off depending on the fund advisor, like we can turn receipts and the grant catalog on and off.

  6. When the donor/advisors are filtering by date for grants paid, it would be nice to have a total included in the view. The total is the reason for filtering the information. Without a total displayed, the donor/advisor must calculate the total manually.

  7. Fiscal projects would like the ability to see the account number vouchers or invoices are associated with on the portal to verify they were posted to the correct account in real time. This would save us a lot of work if we need to make corrections if it can be caught before the books are closed and statements are generated.

  9. We are grateful to have more content areas where we can help our fund advisors navigate the portal. We noticed that the Fundadvisorgrantrequesttabheader only displays on the initial grant request page (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest). It does not show again on the next page where the grant request details are entered (...fcsuite.com/erp/fundmanager/list/grantrequest_enter). Can that header be enabled on on that page as well?

  10. It would be nice if our fund advisors could access the notes to their invoices rather than waiting for us to send a report. They need to match the invoice to their records and the profile paying doesn’t always agree and they need to see the information captured in the notes.

  11. Donors have requested the option for the recognition name to default either to last used or household name. They dislike that it defaults to one person every time instead of the household name.

  14. Please remove the newly added feature of the attached Fund Advisor listing as the donor that now accompanies the fund name with interfund transfer gifts. The global hide donor name and information is not suitable for our community needs. We manage many funds where access to donor information is not only based on the fund but at the donor level. Please consider improvements that would allow community foundations the option to offer global adjustment if needed like our partners in Canada and also implement customization at the donor level for other format needs.   16. We are continuing to have problems with Fund Advisors telling us that they are not receiving system-generated emails from us. We believe this is because the name and the email address do not match. That is, our organization's name is in the sender name but the domain in the email address is fcsuite.com.

    Has there been any discussion to investigate the possibility of changing "no-reply@fcsuite.com" to what is entered in the "Default Email Reply To" setting in Systems Data?

    We believe this would pass more smoothly through spam filters.

  17. Please consider adding the ability for us to check/uncheck a fund advisor who is associated with a fund of an event campaign, so that fund advisor can see who has purchased tickets.

  18. Campaigns with multiple ticket types/amounts are causing confusion to donors who cannot tie tickets to individuals. They can see a description if there is a charitable component (in the donation tab), but if it is a straight invoice (no charitable component), they are clueless on the ticket type. Our donors (for a golf tournament) would like to have immediate access through the portal instead of having to wait on ticket reports from staff. It would be helpful if the ticket type/name could be added to the description column in the invoice tab in the donor portal!

  19. On the Donor Portal (Fund Advisor Portal), we like the recent enhancement that allows a Donor to click on an individual Grant Number to see the payment detail. What we really need is the same feature for Recurring Grants, so that when the Donor clicks on the Recurring Grant ID, they see the grants that have been paid thus far as part of the recurring grant. It should also include the next date.

  20. Several of our Fund advisors have logged in to the Fund Portal to obtain a tax receipt, but are unable to access it because the gift was attributed to the household. Please update to allow a fund advisor who is part of a household to see the household tax receipts, in addition to their individual tax receipts.
