Advisor Portal - Option to view activity by year
It would be great if there was a way for fund advisors to see their fund activity broken down by year in the portal. For example, they could click on "2023" and see all the donations, grants, etc. for that specific year in one place.

Due to the release of the Portal in the sandbox (August in Live sites), requests related to the legacy fund advisor system are being moved to not planned. Foundant plans to sunset the legacy fund advisor portal on 4/1/2025.

Additionally, we had the request below from a fund holder today. They would like to see annual data and the ability to export it:
As a Donor who supports many of the same organization annually, it would be awesome to be able to select a date range and then download a csv or excel with dates, organizations, and amounts of grants that have been made. This would allow donors to quickly see what donations they have made this calendar year, and what donations were made the prior calendar year. Right now involves several steps in the portal, including either by (1) clicking on each organization to see when the last grant date was and then manually entering this info into a self-created excel/worddoc (or writing it down) or (2) clicking on all statements for the current and present year and then manually recording that info into a self created doc.
From my perspective, the ability to select info by a date range, and then download would be a fantastic addition to the portal.

Ditto this! We have recently switched from Donor Central. It not only allowed Fund Advisors to see the YTD totals, but also created a pie graph that would show areas of gifts. We would love to see this for C-Suite and have already gotten several requests for it.

Our Fund Advisors are asking for a quick way to view YTD totals for grants they've requested and contributions that have been made to their fund. It would be wonderful if there was a way for the YTD to appear at the top of each respective tab.
