ability to make a grant from the fund advisor portal grant history page
When a Fund Advisory clicks on an organization in their grant history with the intention of making another grant please add a link/option directly on this screen so that they have the ability to make the grant request. Currently there is no streamlined process for this - they have to leave this screen and go to the Make A Grant Recommendation tab.

grant catalog card view
Love the new card view for the Grant Catalog. Would love to have this same view for the Fund Manager portal as well so when a fund advisor logs into their fund portal and clicks the Grant Catalog link, the catalog would be in card style like the donation portal of Fund Listing, Grant Catalog, Events, and Nonprofits since we don't use Stripe.

Donor to choose Grant Type on Fund Advisor Portal
Allow/Require Donor to choose Grant Type on Fund Advisor Portal in every grant they make.
Many donors give to orgs that have multiple aspects to their mission. Example - the YMCA provides youth development, housing, food access, climate etc. Currently, C Suite allows for only a default Grant Type (on Grantee record) to be applied to each Grant to that org - which doesn't drill down to the real purpose of the grant.

Closed Funds - History for Donor Portal
Could there be an option to allow donors to view the donation and grant history of closed funds on the donor portal? Currently, if you close a fund, there is no longer any access and many of our donors would like to continue to see the info.
For example, one of our donors with multiple funds was done with a fund so it was closed. However, they would like to see their grant/donation history in the portal. The only option right now is to re-open a fund that will never be used again and leave it open, or have them…

Listing of Funds on the portal - use public name field
The fund listing on the fund portal should show the fund's "public name" field from CSuite rather than the "fund name" field, which typically includes more internal language in it. If there is no public name populated then the fund name field could be used.
It's counterintuitive not to have the "public name" field populate the fund portal fund listing--a public-facing resource.

Create a Board portal. A place to put documents, ByLaws, minutes, agendas, governance documents etc. Board would login here to retrieve documents for meetings instead of email and re-emailing with changes.

Edit Submitted Grant Request Before It Is Processed
It would be great if the fund advisors can edit their submitted grant requests before it is processed instead of canceling it and having to create a new one. We have had many who feel this would be helpful.

FA Portal Main and Sub-fund options setting
There should be a setting that makes the any sub-funds either appear with the main fund or without it. This could be an overall Fund Advisor Portal setting.
Currently, the fund activity shows the main fund and sub-funds added together, and the investments tab shows just the main fund information. Also, the home screen shows just the main fund information. It would be helpful for the fund advisors if there was consistency between all the tabs.
Since we run statements separately for main and sub-funds, I think it should just show the main fund info on the main fund, but…2 votes -
Add Non-Notify Tribute Name to Contribution information on the Fund Advisor Portal
We were very excited to see Tribute Names show up on the fund advisor portal behind the donation description.
However, now that you implemented the Non-Notify Tribute, the non-notify name is no longer showing up on the Fund Advisor Portal in Contribution Details.
Even if there is no one to notify, we still want to make that information available to our fund holders.

Please add a Deceased Advisor button in the Advisor area & a similar column in exports
this way we can just go in and click the button and keep the advisor on the fund for a history and filter out the deceased advisors on Fund Advisor reports.

Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor" as a "Designation"
Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor," as a great many individuals in the system have access to a fund portal but are not what we would consider a "fund advisor." They have no advising capability but can view tabs in the portal. The term "Portal Access" covers so many more situations and is much less confusing, even internally.

Make it clear when you are in Sandbox Donation or Fund Portal
When you're in the Sandbox the red boxes make it clear you're working in the Sandbox but if you click on the link to the Sandbox Donation Portal or the Sandbox Fund Portal there's nothing indicating that those are part of the Sandbox. Is it possible to add a red box on those pages as well when accessed from the Sandbox?

Donor Portal Logout Page
I know Foundant has been focused on enhancing the donor portal experience for users. Is there any timeline by which you think there could be potential to redirect the logout button on the portal to the page of the organization’s choice? I’m thinking about this new private label portal that we’ve designed for one of our agencies. They really want to have the logout button direct to their logo homepage, and not the our logo page. Any sense for when you think that update could be feasibly scheduled?

Notifications to Fund Advisor when Documents Are Uploaded in Donor Portal
It would be helpful if a donor would get an email notification, or be able to see a notification pop up on their portal homepage when we have uploaded a document into the portal portal, or shared a file. Basically any updates since they last logged in.

Highlight Create Request on portal when fund advisor does a grantee search
Feedback from donor, the Create Request link when searching for a Grantee doesn't look like a link. Highlight or different colored text to draw attention to the Create Request so fund advisors know it's a link! Thank you.
