  1. It would be helpful if a donor would get an email notification, or be able to see a notification pop up on their portal homepage when we have uploaded a document into the portal portal, or shared a file. Basically any updates since they last logged in.

  2. Currently the "Donate" tab in the Donor Portal shows the name of the individual's fund and any funds we are promoting. We like the option to promote several funds, however, the donor's fund gets lost in that page as it just appears alphabetically. We would love the option to float their fund to the very top so it's easier to find.

  3. Although the bulk edits are handy, it would be better if we could do the edits by fund group or some other filter. The "Set Tab Permissions" button has this functionality, but the "Set notify" and "Set Statement Type" do not - it is all or nothing. All the bulk edits should have the same functionality.

  4. It would be great if there was a way for fund advisors to see their fund activity broken down by year in the portal. For example, they could click on "2023" and see all the donations, grants, etc. for that specific year in one place.

  5. We would like to be able to turn off the Grant Unpost email, as it tends to cause concern for Fund Advisors when minor changes are made to a posted grant. It would be nice to separate the settings!

  6. The Fund Advisor Portal has a donate tab so advisors can donate or set up donations to their fund even it it isn't public - GREAT! HOWEVER, if they set up a recurring donation, this is in no way marked in the contribution tab. Advisors should be able see, just like the recurring grants, that they have a recurring donation set up.

    There should also be editing capabilities for both recurring grants and donations for fund advisors in their portal. They shouldn't have to contact us if credit card information changes or if they want to increase the size of…

  7. Please show multi-payment grants in the donor portal with the status of the individual payments so that the donor can tell which payments have been paid. Currently the donor sees just the full amount of the grant with the status "Voucher."

  8. Please link donation notes so they are viewable in the donor portal. It is labor-intensive to have to compile all the notes for a particular fund and send them on to the fund founder. We recently had 168 gifts made in a donor's memory and had to pull these into a separate file to share with his widow.

  9. On the Fund Portal at the top the text says Fund Advisors for anyone who has access. This is confusing as many people with access are not Advisors (for example statement recipients for Designated funds). Please change this text to say something like Fund Access. This label is causing some of our people with fund access confusion about what level of access/advisory privileges they have. Fund Advisor is a specific term for Donor Advised Funds.

  10. I am in agreement that they s/b able to correct their contact information but I think it would be better at the profile level to then be toggled "inactive" instead of disappearing altogether "deleted". Instance that just happened they removed their work email and replaced with a personal email, which is fine but now the work email is no longer on their profile at all. Please change to inactivated vs deleted when changes are done on the portal.

  12. Vender Payments/Vouchers
    From the portal it would be great if fund holders could submit a vendor payment/voucher requests similiar to what they do now for a Grant Request Name, Address, Amount and where they could upload back up documents, etc.

  14. How cool would it be if you could add a sticky note/flag to a portal log in (kind of like you can do with sticky notes in CSuite). I don't mean an attached file. I mean more like a flag that appears only for selected portal logins that tells that specific portal user something special.

  16. It would be great to have the ability to temporarily shut down the donation portal.

    We recently had an issue (our error--and of course Foundant helped us fix it!!) that caused fund balances to show incorrectly. We were worried, of course, about donors seeing bad information in the donor portal. While we could have taken the log in page off of our website, a fair amount of our donors have the site bookmarked, so still could have gotten in. We also thought about unlinking Fund Advisors on the affected funds, but we have over 800 funds, so that would have…

  17. Some of our funds have several fund advisors. Some of these fund advisors do not want and/or need statements. It would be helpful to have a statement option at the fund advisor level to suppress statements or indicate "No Statements". Currently, the checkbox for statements is at the fund level. At the fund advisor level, the only selections available for statement type is paper, online, or email. Can we get an option to suppress statements at the fund advisor level or a statement type that states "no statements"?

  18. The fund listing on the fund portal should show the fund's "public name" field from CSuite rather than the "fund name" field, which typically includes more internal language in it. If there is no public name populated then the fund name field could be used.
    It's counterintuitive not to have the "public name" field populate the fund portal fund listing--a public-facing resource.

  19. Please consider the term "Portal Access" rather than "Fund Advisor," as a great many individuals in the system have access to a fund portal but are not what we would consider a "fund advisor." They have no advising capability but can view tabs in the portal. The term "Portal Access" covers so many more situations and is much less confusing, even internally.

To ease styling for new features like the recent change that allows Fund Advisors to change their profile contact information and to enable two-factor authentication, it would be helpful to have an identifying class of some sort within the code, or at the very least, a class added to the body or ftcontentcontainer div that tells us what page we're on (so that we can style things within that div differently than on other pages).
