Develop an Accurate Donor Report (related to Stripe duplicate issues)
If your donor data is organized by household, when you view the household Donation Summary, it rolls up the giving history for the household and its members. However, the canned, CSuite Donor Report does not roll up the household members. As a result, if an individual (who happens to be a household member) makes a Stripe gift and a new donor record is auto-created, even if we catch the fact that they are part of an existing donor household (and add to the household as an individual member), when we run the canned Donor Report for giving history over a period of time, it will appear as if that individual has made a recent 'first time gift’, separate from the household giving history. This has been the source of several embarrassing interactions for our board members as they call our first time donors to express thanks and find out the donor’s household have been giving to ECF for years! The workaround is a cumbersome process of running custom gift reports, overlaying of household donors vs. individual donors, and working magic with excel vLookups and deduping.
Please develop a standard CSuite donor report that captures a household’s giving history as it appears in the household Donation Summary, rolling up individual member giving with donations made by the household.

SO IMPORTANT!!! I would vote for this a thousand times if it would help. The whole point of the donor relations aspect to Csuite is the relations part - but the basics are not there. You can't see the giving history of a related group of donors or prospects accurately at a glance because this really is not a relational database. Very frustrating and a ridiculous amount of extra work to get it right. Thanks for speaking up!

Example: John Jones & Sally Smith comprise a household, and have been donors for ten years, with total gifts of $5,000. John makes a $500 gift that posts to his individual record within the household. The household donation summary shows gifts of $5,500; the Donor Report shows household giving of $5,000. There will be a separate entry for John, and it will show a current first gift date (ie, it appears he is a new donor).
