Fund Advisor Portal - email case sensitivity
Please make the Fund Advisor login NOT case sensitive. Many donors are accustomed to entering their emails with various mixes of upper and lower case characters. All fund advisors emails in CSuite appear to be lower case. The donor portal interprets a case difference as a different email and does not allow a login, or a forgot password email to make it through. This is causing lots of issues with our fund advisors.
This was implemented on 5/12/22. Here is the release note:
Fund Advisor Portal: Enhanced the forgot password email to the same case sensitivity that is used for the logins.

This is great! We ended up putting a disclaimer about this on our website, I also try to mention to new fund advisors about the case sensitivity. Glad this is being planned!

At the very least put instructions on the landing page that indicates e-mail should be all lower case.
