Grant request notification for staff - add more data to email
Currently when an advisor requests a grant we have four staff members who receive the notification email about the request. However, the email only includes the advisor name in the notification. Is it possible to have the notification include the grantee and amount that is being requested?

This would be very helpful! Our auditors will frequently ask for details from the grant recommendations and this email would typically be our proof of sending the funds to the recommended grantee, but without details of grantee and amount we can't use this.

It would be EXTREMELY helpful if the grant request notification included the fund advisor, fund name, the amount of the request and the grant purpose. Thanks! Holly ET Communities Foundation

It would be helpful if the grant request notification included the fund advisor or fund name, the amount of the request and the grant purpose. Our Grants team is having a hard time matching up the documentation due to lack of information on the Foundant notification. Thank you, East Texas Communities Foundation.

It would be so helpful for checks & balances if the grant request notification email included the fund advisor or fund name, the amount of the request and the grant purpose. - East Texas Communities Foundation, Tyler TX

It would also be great if the grant request notification email included not only the fund advisor, but the Grantee, Amount, and Description for the grant request.

Our board members are the reviewers and approvers for all our donors' grant distributions. A concern they brought up has to do with an employee signing in as a donor to fill out a request--there is nothing to show that the donor or approver knows this was done. We feel getting this email sent to both would resolve this issue.

I agree with Taylor that receiving the email for Donor submitted grant requests desperately needs additional information such as grantee name, dollar amount, description, address. Having this additional information on each request will contribute to the efficiency that is Fondant's trade mark.

I concur with the comments made by Taylor and Danielle. The email with full grant request details is a critical piece that is missing in CSuite.

This is absolutely critical for us. The old DonorCentral emails in FIMS would CC both the donor and us and include ALL of the grant request information, that way, we could use the email request copy as a form of backup. Right now, getting an email that says "Donor submitted a grant request" without any information about the request itself provides zero value to us.
Echoing what Danielle said, if that email contained the name of the grantee, dollar amount, description, etc. that would be extremely useful, and exactly what our Board members are used to reviewing.

It would be great if all info on the entered grant request was included, and if that email was also copied to the advisor so they have confirmation of what they entered.
