Inactivate a Letter Template
Now that you cannot delete a letter template once it has been attached to a grant, it would be great to be able to "Inactivate" an old template to remove it from the dropdown list of options. Otherwise, the template option list may become very lengthy and hard to navigate.

9/3/2024:Templates: Added the ability to delete templates. User will select the template id and delete from the left hand menu. Delete will not be allowed for fund statements.

We are no longer using some grant templates. We'd like to be able to mark them as inactive so they no longer show in the drop down list for grant templates.

Please re-activate the old Idea that had already been voted on and was in C-Suite's "Planned" bucket already!

I had already put this in IdeaLab and it was removed with a comment that you could delete a letter template as long as it's not your default. You cannot.
